Always come here for dim sum craving and ban mian quick fix. Sell many variety of Siew Mai and other dim sum if you are Siew Mai Lover!! Price point more affordable and economical than Nam Kee Pau. They sell Wanton Noodle, Curry Chicken, Dumpling Soups, Toast Set with Coffee and Eggs. Staffs are friendly and hardworking too.

Monday wet market & hawker center closed for cleaning. We came here for breakfast. Packed century egg porridge. Not bad !!! Will try the rest soon ! 烧卖王和虾饺都很好吃! So nice & convenient for the residents here ! Especially under such hot weather.

I always thought affordable neighborhood dim sum places don't exist anymore, and then I stumbled upon Lai Kee. It's a small dim sum place (restaurant would be too grand a word) in Toh Yi HDB estate. The space is tight but tidy, and I admire them for providing such an extensive menu of dim sum items, noodles and drinks at such affordable prices while not being inside a hot crowded food court. Service was prompt and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Is this the best dim sum I've tried in my life? Clearly no! But for the price I paid and the neighborhood vibes (you see aunties catching up with friends, uncles reading Straits Times), I will gladly be back again.

Chances upon this place so decided to go try out their Dim Sum. They have a decent spread of dim sum. Quality could be improved a bit more for a budget conscious place. Food was served pretty quick. The porridge was not to my liking at all. But the dim sum and other items was fine.

Value for money dim sum right after a morning walk at Ulu Pandan Park Connector. I love that they have so many kinds of siu mai! 😋 They had a promo buy 5 free 1! Very tempting! Unfortunately there was only 2 of us and 6 dim sums would be too much for us to eat for breakfast, but I'll definitely be back with more friends! The lady at the stall was very helpful and friendly too ☺️ The only down side is they don't accept e-payment.

I've had dim sum here for many many years and this is one of the spots I'll go to for satisfaction of dim sum craving. Affordable and fresh. Very worth the price. On weekend mornings the queue can get quite long. The two ladies serving can be a little slow as they are also promoters. The owner? Guy is a lot more efficient. No air-con, open air food court. But quite windy, so it's still bearable.

I am rating them 5 stars based on price vs quality. At this price range it is one of the best. The dim sum are all handmade and pretty fresh. If I am here again I will skip the standard har gao siew mai (they were just OK) but go for the unique dim sum - the one with seaweed, the one with the egg. The cheong fun is also very good - comparable to those made on the spot. Thin, yet doesn't break apart.

In neighborhood area typical food court stall, small but nicely located. Convenient open space parking just beneath it. Ordered pork bun and steamed dim sum. Lo mai kai bit dry but eatable. Buns were tasted fresh, not that sweet which suit our taste. Fried stuffs were great too. Ample seating area, suitable for family with kids. Staff were friendly and polite. Crowd was not so bad with light queue and fast serving. Will return soon again.

Great service and wide variety of choices on their menu. They have some dim sums that I have never seen, heard or had before. Good way to keep things interesting, especially for regular customers. The China lady that was taking the orders has very good sales & promotional skills. Food is also reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend.

Old school dim sum. Liked their Char siew bao and cheong fun, fried prawn dumpling and tau kee and also egg tart. The fried carrot cake was too doughy and wasn't to our liking.
